The league expands to 14 teams adding the Indianapolis Racers and Phoenix Roadrunners. The legendary Gordie Howe, now 46 years old, and his sons Marty and Mark lead the Houston Aeros to a second consecutive Avco Cup, and they do it in dominating fashion losing only one game in the entire playoffs. San Diego's Andre Lacroix leads the league in points (147), while Bobby Hull tops all scorers with 77 goals and earns league MVP honors. Ron Grahame is outstanding during Houston's Avco Cup run (.941 sv%, 2.00 GAA, 3 shutouts) and is named MVP of the playoffs. 

You will receive 14 un-cut TEAM CARDS. Each team features 15 skaters (3 suggested lines) and 2 Goaltenders. Also included is an ADDITIONAL PLAYERS ROSTER SHEET featuring 5 additional skaters from each of the 14 teams (except Houston, 3 skaters) to be used for substitutions and/or a 4th line. A total of 306 players, each with specific offensive and defensive ability ratings. Also included is an Instant Game Results chart which allows you to play full team schedules within minutes.
