After suffering through years of playoffs disappointment, Alex Ovechkin and his Washington Capitals finally capture that elusive Stanley Cup over the expansion Vegas Golden Knights. In their quest for the cup, the Caps would dispatch their division nemesis and  defending champion Pittsburgh Penguins in six games, and then prevail 4-3 in a hard-fought series over the Tampa Bay Lightning, the number one seed in the East. The Vegas Golden Knights had an amazing season becoming only the second team in NHL history to reach the finals in their first year of existence. 

2017-18's second season boasted a loaded playoff field with 11 teams totalling 100 points or more. Nasville (117), Winnipeg (114), Tampa Bay (113), Boston (112), Las Vegas (109), Toronto (105), Washington (105), Anaheim (101), Minnesota (101), Pittsburgh (100), San Jose (100).  

For the second straight year, Edmonton's Connor McDavid is the league's top scorer with 108 points (41 goals, 67 assists). Taylor Hall (39g, 54a, 93p) of the New Jersey Devils earns the Hart Memorial Trophy as the league MVP. Ovechkin easily wins Conn Smythe honors for his playoff heroics, and is also the league's top goal scorer with (49). Nasville's, Pekka Rinne (2.31 GAA, 92.7 save %) wins the Vezina trophy as the league's top goaltender.  

You will receive 31 un-cut TEAM CARDS. Each team features 15 skaters (3 suggested lines) and 2 Goaltenders. Also included is an ADDITIONAL PLAYERS ROSTER SHEET featuring 5 additional skaters from each of the 31 teams to be used for substitutions and/or a 4th line. A total of 682 players, each with specific offensive and defensive ability ratings. Also included is an Instant Game Results chart which allows you to play full team schedules within minutes.
