ICE NUTZ WHA 1973-74 SEASON TEAM CARDS

The second season of the WHA. The legendary Gordie Howe comes out of retirement at age 45 to play with his sons Mark & Marty. The Howe family leads the Houston Aeros to an Avco Trophy Championship victory and papa Gordie hits 100 points (31 goals, 69 assists). Defending Avco Champs, the New England Whalers win the Eastern Divison but fall in the first round of the playoffs to the Chicago Cougars. The defending Western Division Champion Winnipeg Jets slip all the way to 4th place, but it wasn't any fault of Bobby Hull who had 53 goals and 42 assists for the Jets. Minnesota Fighting Saints left winger Mike Walton leads the league in goals (57) and points (117). Houston's Don McLeod is the league's top goalie with a 91.1% save percentage and 2.56 gaa.

You will receive 12 un-cut TEAM CARDS. Each team features 15 skaters (3 suggested lines) and 2 Goaltenders. Also included is an ADDITIONAL PLAYERS ROSTER SHEET featuring 5 additional skaters from each of the 12 teams to be used for substitutions and/or a 4th line. A total of 264 players, each with specific offensive and defensive ability ratings. Also included is an Instant Game Results chart which allows you to play full team schedules within minutes.
