ICE NUTZ NHL 1981-82 SEASON TEAM CARDS
The New York Islanders win their third straight championship sweeping Vancouver 4-0 in the Stanley Cup finals. The Islanders set a record winning 15 consecutive games and finished the regular season with a league high 118 points. The Edmonton Oilers, led by their young superstar and league MVP Wayne Gretzky, set a record for goals scored in a season with 417. Gretzky shatters numerous records as well, including becoming the first player in NHL history with over 200 points in a season with 212 (92 g, 120 a). Billy Smith (2.97 gaa) of the Islanders wins the Vezina trophy as the league's top goalie. Pittsburgh's Paul Baxter leads the league with 409 penalty minutes. Only three teams finish with 100+ points (Islanders 118, Oilers 111, Canadiens 100) making for a competitive season.

Also included is an ADDITIONAL PLAYERS ROSTER SHEET featuring 5 additional skaters from each of the 21 teams to be used for substitutions and/or a 4th line.
